At Green Coffee Collective, we take pride in the quality of our beans; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable equipment and exchanges for roasted coffee within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original packaging; for safety reasons, roasted coffee must be unopened and equipment must be unused.
Ship Back to Us
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
